By 1969, Butternut Yellow's day in the sun was waning. Only .8% of the years production was in this color before it was dropped in favor of the brighter, and sportier, Daytona Yellow.

These are obviously the rarest of the Butternut Yellow cars as out of the 243,085 Camaro's built that year, a mere 1944 of them were this color.
