| This project will cover the rebuilding of a Saginaw 4-speed transmission. This was a recent eBay purchase, and even included the hard to find reverse light switch and wire harness. |
| Since the car is a 327/210, the original transmission would have been a Saginaw, rather than the Muncie that's in it now. This isn't the original transmission for the car, but it is the correct casting and has an October 1967 date code. |

| This is the starting point. The trans is complete and in relatively good condition. |

| A close look inside reveals that at least 1 gear has been grenaded. Hopefully not too many parts will need to be replaced. |
